Downloads Bocked? Fix It!

Overview

By default, all recordings have the "Download" option disabled - there are two approaches, here - both will require you to log in and access Zoom through the UWM Zoom portal at wisconsin-edu.zoom.us. Click "Sign in" and you'll be prompted to log in using your UWM Credentials.

Once you've logged in, you'll want to go to the "Recordings" tab, then to the right of the recording you're wanting to download, you'll find the options (first screenshot below).

Click the "..." option if you're just wanting to download the video for your own use, but not allow others with access to the video to download it. Otherwise, see the below screenshot for the option to enable downloading for all viewers.

If you want anyone to be able to download it, click the "Share" option (above screenshot), which will then pop up a new menu, where you can enable the option to download the video (screenshot below).
